I enjoy watching boxing and MMA though it’s rare to see Taekwondo fights on television out with the Olympic games and the odd rare appearance on sports channels. So I’m sure you will enjoy this cage fight between two polish Taekwondo fighters: Grzegorz Puzon and Rafal Poleszak.
Both fighters are ITF practitioners. Their Taekwondo background comes through on occasion though with less rules than a regular Taekwondo tournament, the fight flows like a kickboxing match. I’m sure you’ll enjoy the fight. :)
