I came across a fantastic demonstration from a team of black belt Koreans at the 7th Junior & 2nd Veteran World Championships in Sofia, Bulgaria. The demonstration is amazing and illustrates how deadly Taekwondo can be.
Be warned though; the video is both inspiring and demotivating at the same time. Seriously, these guys are so far ahead of most of us it’s scary! I’m sure you’ll enjoy it though :)
